Patti Williams is Associate Professor of Marketing at the Wharton School currently teaching in both Philadelphia and San Francisco. She is the recipient of multiple Wharton Excellence in Teaching Awards and the "Goes Above and Beyond the Call of Duty" MBA Core Teaching Award. Her academic research focuses on the role of emotions in persuasion and consumer decision-making, in particular on when and why consumers feel mixed or conflicting emotions and how consumers manage their emotional experiences.
